Refund and Returns Policy

At Organiche® – Live Better, Live Organic—we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food).
    • Any product that have been opened or used (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, supplements).
    • Luxury items that show signs of wear or use, or are not in their original package.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@organiche.fr with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Approval

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Partial Refunds

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item and this should be mentioned to the delivery agent and, contact us at contact@organiche.fr with details of the issue and order number.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. Shipping

Return Shipping

  • To return your product, you should contact us at contact@organiche.fr to get the instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Organiche® – Live Better, Live Organic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
