Shipping policy

1. General Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Area: We ship within the European Union currently and in the future will be sending on international locations too. Please refer to the shipping options at checkout for specific destinations.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (EU):
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, 7-14 Euro.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days, 14-25 Euro.
International Shipping:
- Currently not available

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order on our website under “Order Tracking” or via the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please contact us at contact@organiche.fr.
Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24h of delivery at contact@organiche.fr with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
